Frequently asked questions
Is the lookup free?
Yes. Reverse lookup on the website is completely free, with no account and no app.
Why is the number owner’s name not shown on the site?
Because names come from our users’ address books, and we promised them we would never show their names to anyone. Caller names appear inside the app during a call only.
How do I remove my number?
Use the “Remove my number” page linked in every footer. Enter your number and email, and we delete every record and add it to a permanent suppression list.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. No ads, no marketing trackers, no data sales. Our only revenue is the yearly subscription after the first free year.
Where is my data stored?
In two fully independent regions: Riyadh for the Gulf and the rest of the world, and Frankfurt for Europe and the UK. Personal data is never synchronised between them.
